Helen De Roo has been working for 9 years as an anti-fraud practitioner. She started as a consultant within the forensic departments of Deloitte in Vienna and PwC in Brussels, where she conducted numerous investigations in multiple industries. Before becoming a consultant, she became a qualified business lawyer at the Bar Association in Leuven. Since 2015 she joined the legal compliance team of Johnson Controls where she is senior manager Forensic Investigations EMEA, part of the Internal Audit team. Helen handles the portfolio of all internal investigations for the EMEA region and certain high priority investigations in the APAC region. Helen conducts global forensic reviews. She holds a Master of Law, Master of European Criminology and Criminal Justice Systems, Master of Corporate Law and is a certified fraud examiner.
Helen will be part of a panel discussion in the summit section “Insights into Investigations”.
