Kevin is the Senior Director of Risk & Accountability in the Ethics & Compliance department of Novo Nordisk Inc. with oversight of Risk, Monitoring, Auditing, Data Analytics and Investigations. Prior to joining Compliance, Kevin spent seven years in the Novo Nordisk Legal Department where he managed a team of attorneys providing comprehensive legal support to the BioPharm business unit and served as a member of the BioPharm Leadership Team. Prior to his time at Novo Nordisk, Kevin was in private practice with several law firms where he focused on life sciences corporate work and commercial litigation. Before becoming an attorney, Kevin worked as a discovery research scientist for a large US based pharmaceutical manufacturer.
In his presentation Kevin will share experience working with US enforcement authorities to satisfy current and potential future company specific compliance obligations.
