Isabelle HANNEDOUCHE joined Sodexo in 2004 as an account manager for Cisco contract where the scope was covering full FM services. She joined Strategic Accounts teams to deploy and continuously improved the performance of the 1B€ turnover in that area. In October 2015 she gets appointed Global VP for Business Improvement & Growth Support and then integrated the Soft Services Framework in January 2017. She’s based in France

Isabelle has a unique ability for driving improvement in the FM business and deploying robust and profitable contracts. Through the leadership of the 2 global initiatives BIGS and SSF, she’s responsible to design and deploy the processes, tools, methods that will allow Sodexo to become more professional and improve our scope as well as our profitability.

Initially graduated in Engineering from Agrobusiness industry, Isabelle has developed a unique expertise in FM process & analytics and during her career within Sodexo covering operational understanding of FM scope of services in multicultural environment. She is also Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma and has successfully developed the operational excellence program in Sodexo to drive continuous improvement in the whole organization
