During the nineties of the last century, Jasper started his career in several functions in operations with Nutricia and Campina in Russia. Back in the Netherlands he started with Leerdammer cheese. During his time in Operations, his interest in Continuous Improvement grew stronger, and since 2005 it became his full time occupation. He rolled out a strong World Class Operations Management program in the three Dutch sites. Soon the French mother company Fromageries Bel (BabyBel, Boursin, La Vache Qui Rit) made it corporate policy. Jasper was added to the central team to roll out the same program in sites in Poland, Egypt, Ukraine, US, Iran and France. Since 2017 Jasper went back to his first employer: Nutricia, now named Nutricia Danone Early Life Nutrition)
Where some people focus mainly on tools, Jasper’s main drivers for success have been in human behavior and program management
