Joerg Baier is a Senior Operational Excellence practitioner and ambassador. Building on previous experiences as Process, IT and Strategy Consultant, his OpEx related insights and experiences reach from the day-to-day work of a local OpEx Champion to that of an OpEx Advisor, Program Manager, Business Process & Performance Manager, Transformation Partner and Country Management Board member at Capgemini, Deutsche Post DHL and Maersk Line. He is a frequent speaker on various subjects related to OpEx, Business Transformation and Process Management. In his current role as a member of E.ON’s Centre of Operational Excellence, Joerg helps to shape the way E.ON interprets and lives the practices associated with the term “Operational Excellence”. Joerg holds a Masters degree in Economics and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Management practitioner.
