20 years of experiences in the Operational Excellence has given Susanna a better understanding of the need from each individual in the change journey and also the importance of a leadership that takes the lead, listens and gives feedback towards the new state. The investment in people is the key going forward and learning together. The collective learning is greater than the individual and so is the focus on “we” rather than “I”.
Within VOLVO AB, Susanna has had different roles since 2007: Global and local manager, Coordinator of Volvo Production System, trainer and coach, assessor, senior coach for management teams in Continuous Improvement, GDQ facilitator for the Volvo Group. Prior to that, Susanna worked 8 years for Pfizer Health Corporation and could have different roles such as Improvement Leader, trainer and coach, assessor; she took part of a change journey reaching the set vision through a focus on both the hard and soft side. Susanna holds a Master´s degree in Business Administration Operational Development focus, Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO Lead Auditor, SIQ and EFQM assessor and GDQ facilitator (High Performing team).
