Jolien Kranenburg – van Dam runs large scale transformations at Innogy SE and is currently running one at their Dutch brand Essent. Across Europe and in Silicon Valley she has implemented the internal Lean and Systemic Change program which is called the New Way of Working (NWoW). She uses passion, curiosity and fun to grow and enjoys building meaningful connections and sharing her positive energy with others.
