is Head of Continuous Improvement – Global and Head of Quality Asia Pacific & Japan for Nokia, and is leading critical business transformation programs, and continuous improvement initiatives for all the customers globally (telecom operators)

Prior to this he has worked for General Electric GE, Tata Communications (fka VSNL) and Birlasoft India Ltd.

He is a Certified Master Black Belt from GE and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence CMQ/OE from American Society for Quality (ASQ) and holds multiple other certifications like PMP from PMI, Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ, Certified Process Professional and Certified Business Excellence Assessor on EFQM standards.

By Education, Ashutosh is an Engineer and a double MBA specializing in Strategy and Operations respectively
