Having worked at PIERRE FABRE , SOLVAY and Currently FERRING Pharmaceuticals, Jerome has been able to develop a strong background in the areas of Production Management, PPM, Performance and Process excellence, lean Manufacturing & OE… in recent years , Jerome has been in charge of LSS implementation programmes, Product Supply , PMO and now is working on Operations Transformation projects by bringing together Lean, Innovation and Digital towards Operational Excellence.
