Stefano is the Head of Global Operations and Supply Chain Management Development by Siegwerk a global Ink manufacturer He previously held a Global Supply Chain position in the Fragrance Industry.
Stefano experienced the Lean implementation in the 90’s where he focused on Tools Implementation using manually recorded data on the production floor. Moving forward he understood the need to focus on people engagement and on Lean Enterprise with Customers and Suppliers. The Industry 3.0 and 4.0 brought the opportunity to collect automatically more data, attract new generation and extend the journey of the Lean Enterprise.
Stefano has a Master Degree in Engineering and in Business and Administration. He leaves between Germany and Switzerland
