Jesús has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, both in factory management and R&D which he gained after graduating Industrial Engineer in 1995 at University of Oviedo (Spain).

He has mainly worked for Thyssenkrupp in the Elevator Business, but also in other fields as Shelving systems, Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies or Product Design. Currently Jesús holds the position of Production Director in a factory of escalators and conveyors, leading a great team of 350 professionals aiming to achieve Operational Excellence.
