Lean and Agile Director

Lean and Agile Director at Thales Group. An electronics engineer, over the years Cécile has led several improvement projects and managed several units in Technical Operations. Today, she shapes, deploys and supports the lean approach to production, engineering and services for the entire Group. She is particularly interested in Lean in engineering, which is a subject currently very important at Thales, and practicing Gemba management with many Industrial Directors, going regularly in plants to coach them to become Lean Leaders. She is also responsible for the development of lean facilitators.

Based on this experience she is the author of several books about Lean and regular news on different media (LinkedIn…), and in charge of the delivery of an Engineering Lean Academy for the Institut Lean France. As a member of Institut Lean France, she is also leading conferences and master classes.
