Paul Nestor is the Global Head of Continuous Improvement at Damco International B.V a leading supply chain management and freight forwarding company and Part of the AP Moller Maersk Group.

In this role he is responsible for Lean Deployment, CI Program management and capability building across all countries Damco operates within.

Paul was previously Head of Transformation for the Latin America and prior to that in Northern Europe for Maersk line, the worlds larger container shipping company. Within Maersk Line, Paul was similarly responsible for all regional CI activities, designing and implementing the new global MLB standard operating system and program managing key MLB transformation program across his regions of responsibility.

Prior to Joining Maersk Line Paul held several senior commercial and continuous improvement roles in the downstream oil industry working for BP in the UK and the Americas.
