Tjerk, TJ, Dijkstra is leading a consultant team supporting the countries of EMEA to implement the company’s strategy. He started working for Zurich in 2012 as Global Deployment Leader Lean for the Group Functions and was from 2014 to 2016 a Change Architect for the ZWoW program (McKinsey’s 5 Lense approach) in APAC and EMEA as part of Zurich’s global program to increase efficiency. Previously TJ was Head of OE Academy at Credit Suisse and was a self-employed Senior Consultant servicing clients in service and manufacturing industries.
TJ brings over 20 years of experience in process improvement, reengineering and transformations. He is a GE certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Tjerk’s presentation will bring the topic of OpEx to Leadership mindsetwhich is an alfa and omega of implementing OpEx in the teams, departments as well as the whole corporate environment.
